The Goose Rug

Introducing The Goose Rug! If there was one thing you could find in my mom's kitchen (and still can) it's a goose. Whether it's the mail holder, the butter churn that we used as a paper towel holder, or the bread box, there was a goose in our kitchen. All of these pieces were handmade, painted decor pieces that I have come to cherish over time. So I thought, "why not make a rug that goes with it?". And here it is, inspired from my childhood and the perfect little rug for anyone's kitchen, unless you have a different goose room ;)

How to Care for a Handmade Rug:

• Vacuum without the beater bar and shake your rug outdoors to dislodge any dust and dirt. Spot clean with cold water and wool foam rug cleaner.
• To prevent colors from fading, avoid prolonged exposure in the sunlight.
• If a stray end pops up or pokes through, just trim it flush with the rest of the rug.
